We supply manufacturer/distributor warranties with all products.

Our team will always do our best to help resolve warranty issues quickly and smoothly.

For manufacturer warranty support:

Refer to the warranty details in the product description.

Keep your original invoice, as it is required for warranty service requests.

Warranties do not cover equipment installed or maintained incorrectly.

For products with a back‑to‑base warranty, freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorised.
Returns
Defective or Incorrect Items

If goods are defective on arrival or not as described, we will refund or exchange the item.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be in original packaging and, unless damaged prior to delivery, in an unused and saleable condition.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we offer an exchange voucher or refund, provided that:

Goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.

You provide the original tax invoice.

Goods are returned in original packaging, including warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Goods are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. A restocking fee may apply.
Important Notes

When offered, “Free Shipping” is included in the product price. If you return items due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Freight Costs for Returns

If you received the wrong product, we cover the return freight cost.

For all other returns, you are responsible for the freight cost.
