Turnaround
It is City2bay Pool Solution's policy to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 2 working days we will contact you with an estimated dispatch day.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

- Allied Road Express
- FedEX
Below are the estimated delivery times to metropolitan areas in each state from our dispatch address in South East Queensland. If you are remotely located it may take longer than our estimated times and you may be contacted by our courier to organise a location where they can meet you or securely leave the package. Most orders are received by our East Coast Australia customers in 1-4 working days.

Order Tracking
All of our parcels can be tracked and we will supply a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Please note: There are times when shipments to remote regions may require additional freight charges. Given the vast array of locations, predicting exact freight costs can be challenging. If your order is affected by this, we will promptly contact you to discuss potential adjustments or options.
